Yesterday's job was photographing a community garden project at a school in York. The photo is of a grandad explaining to his granddaughter about chickens. It brought back memories of myself when I was about that age and my grandad showing me the chickens he kept.

The winners at the gala awards at Graduate Fashion Week 2012 included the George best of British collection, Chloe Jones who won both womenswear and the gold award, and lifetime achievement winner was photographer Chris Moore who has been a professional photographer for 62 (yes, 62) years. Even the cynical photographers in the snake pit had to cheer!

Down to London for the first college fashion show of the college season. This is Somerset college (University of Plymouth) at Free Range, held at the old Truman brewery on Brick lane, London. It means that Graduate Fashion Week must be soon.
