The Battle of Britain makes it to Halifax

Redrow Homes Wheatley Chase development in Halifax is having its roads named after Battle of Britain pilots.
Various family members, the British Legion and the Lord & Lady Mayor of Halifax attended the ceremony.

 Bradford festival choral society held a concert at the "spiritual home" of St. George's hall In Bradford, along with the Yorkshire symphony orchestra. Pieces performed included Zadok the priest and Mozart's requiem.
