Never been too sure why the "lump" that is the highest point of Kippax is called Cheney basin, but this is a 360 degree panorama from on top of it.

Scout awards again

Central Yorkshire Scouts held their annual top awards event at the Bridge community centre, Leeds. The Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire presented the Queen's and King's Scout awards.

Ladies pink lunch

A Ladies pink lunch in aid of Cancer support Yorkshire was held at the Midland hotel, Bradford.

Central Yorkshire Scout county held their first awards event for 3 years at the Bridge community centre, Leeds. As it was 3 year's worth of awards, there were lots given out. In attendance were the Vice Lord-lieutenant of West Yorkshire along with the Lord mayors of Leeds & Wakefield.
