It didn't rain, but it poured!
Saturday's wedding started with the threat of rain, but slowly the sun came out.
Instead, the guests threw more confetti than I've seen in ages and a gust of wind blew it all onto me!
Accountants' dinner
The Sheffield & district society of accountants held their annual dinner at Cutlers' hall. The guest speaker was Paul "the Sinnerman" Sinha (of ITV the Chase fame). VIPs included the ICAEW president, the deputy Lord-lieutenant, the High Sherriff, the master Cutler and several local ICAEW presidents.
