3 weeks!
I have now managed to give up smoking for three weeks, and it's actually been a bit easier than I suspected beforehand. I've been using nicotine patches and lozenges, prescribed by the NHS. But I think that having quite a few things on my mind all at once has helped me take my mind off the cravings. Thank you to those who have given me encouragement, too. www.smokefree.nhs.uk

Day two of the hottest weekend of the year so far & wedding number two. This one in Rothwell. Never seen so many hot & bothered people wishing the English weather would do its normal thing and be cold!

Bath Spa university's fashion show at the Octagon, Bath. The hottest day of the year so far, and my car's air conditioning packed up when I had to cover 570 miles in 1 day and sit in SIX traffic jams!

On the hottest weekend of the year so far, when my air conditioning in my car has packed up, I have covered 3 weddings and 1 fashion show. This is the first wedding at Fountains Abbey, near Ripon.
