3 weeks!

I have now managed to give up smoking for three weeks, and it's actually been a bit easier than I suspected beforehand.
I've been using nicotine patches and lozenges, prescribed by the NHS. But I think that having quite a few things on my mind all at once has helped me take my mind off the cravings.
Thank you to those who have given me encouragement, too.
