The sun came out today for the unveiling of the statue of Ernie Wise in his hometown of Morley, Leeds.
Accountants' dinner
The Sheffield & district society of accountants held their annual dinner at Cutlers' hall. The guest speaker was Paul "the Sinnerman" Sinha (of ITV the Chase fame). VIPs included the ICAEW president, the deputy Lord-lieutenant, the High Sherriff, the master Cutler and several local ICAEW presidents.
