Dell hell
It appears I'm not alone in experiencing poor customer "service" from the mighty Dell computer corporation.
After spending several days in viscious circles in call centre land, I googled Dell customer service and there are reams of pages of people disgruntled with Dell's lack of support.
Have a look at one of the main UK blogs about the issues;
