Mr Motivator came to the Cambridge weight plan conference at the ICC Birmingham to get the delegates moving on his 62nd birthday. Tired me out just watching him go.
Photos show him in action, along with the male & female slimmers of the year, and the Bond themed ball in the evening.

 Bradford festival choral society held a concert at the "spiritual home" of St. George's hall In Bradford, along with the Yorkshire symphony orchestra. Pieces performed included Zadok the priest and Mozart's requiem.
