Stars of Yorkshire and further afield television came out last night for the Royal television society Yorkshire centre awards at New Dock hall, Leeds. Winners included ITV's calendar, Countdown and a lifetime award for Harry Gration of Look north. Well done all.

The dancers, actors & singers at SLP junior academy had their awards night at Riley Smith hall, Tadcaster. There were dozens of awards, with lots of merits & distinctions.

Sun was out and I was getting paid to wander round a lovely country estate, Swinton Park, taking photos of the grounds, gardens, new barbeque cookery school and a groundbreaking ceremony for their new spa & leisure facilities. Just wish I'd taken my sun cream.
