Phew, what a scorcher!
Day two of the hottest weekend of the year so far & wedding number two. This one in Rothwell.
Never seen so many hot & bothered people wishing the English weather would do its normal thing and be cold!
Accountants' dinner
The Sheffield & district society of accountants held their annual dinner at Cutlers' hall. The guest speaker was Paul "the Sinnerman" Sinha (of ITV the Chase fame). VIPs included the ICAEW president, the deputy Lord-lieutenant, the High Sherriff, the master Cutler and several local ICAEW presidents.
