The girl dun good

Hannah Cockroft and her mum, Rachel, and brother, Josh, at the civic reception in Leeds this morning for the paralympians. I dread to think how many people have liked those medals so far!

Hannah is my wife's god-daughter; she was a premature baby who nearly died & I remember the little girl who has grown to be the world's best at what she chose to do by sheer hard work. It's humbling, but astounding at the same time. The girl dun not just good, but brilliant.
